The
Second Decade 1993-2003
Artist: Michael W. Smith Label: Reunion Length: 15 tracks Has it been that long already? It's hard to believe, that Smitty has been around twenty years. The popular Reunion artist is releasing his seventeeth album a fifteen song disc of his most popular songs. He has also included two new songs which includes a song, "Signs," co-written with his son, Ryan. Four of the songs are Living the Life and three from I'll Lead You Home, and one each from the rest of the albums. Personally, I'd like to have seen more from his two worship albums. "Friends 2003" is the highlight. Admittedly, Smitty's First Decade still spends way too much time in my CD player. Whether the Second Decade will find a similar place in my collection, only time will tell but at this time doesn't seem to grab me as much as the First Decade did. Still, twenty years is a very notable accomplishment. May he continue to change our world for another twenty years.. Shari Lloyd 11/5/2003
