No Never Alone
Artist: Justin Rutledge and the Junction Forty
Label: Shady Lane Records
Length: 10/49:26

Justin Rutledge is a young performer embracing old school Americana.  “Too Sober to Sleep” is as rootsy as it gets, while “A Letter to Heather” is an acoustic track in the vein of Joel Henderson.  This album could best be described as slow, somber, and almost depressing, and for fans of 16 Horsepower.  In other words, a rainy day drinking album.  “The Suffering of Pepe O’Malley (Part III)” is the standout here.
