Fellowship of the Groove
Artist: Qwiksand Label: Planet Squared, Inc. Groovy! Qwiksand is a band that throws back to the days of "bow-chicka-bow-bow", back when Funk and Groove was at its height. It is quite weird, because this centers around its title some, but it also circles in and out of an alien, some money, beer goggles, the them of the music (groovy finky), and a "Concrete Cowboy", which is also fairing pretty well on their radio in the UK. This band does not show any signs of being a Christian band, yet there is stuff to dance to, so Qwiksand is entertaining at most. Len Nash 4/30/2005
