Manny Jasus writes well. The lyrics are meaningful and thoughtful. I can't say the same for the delivery. His intensity might interpret better in a live setting, but seems a little punchy here.
Jasus wrote, played, recorded, produced, and did the artwork for this project. The only instrument he plays is an acoustic guitar. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but a little variety wouldn't hurt. A little assistance next time might make for a better recording.
