Terri Clark has hit the country charts a little over a decade ago with “Better Things to Do,” and has been telling it her way ever since. Never one to try to be country's “it girl,” she has always been unique. From her sound to that unique look, she has always followed her own dirt road.

The dozen songs on this CD run from found love to heartbreak. It would be hard to pick out the standout songs on this disk. They are all strong songs. As each song plays out, you could sit back and watch the stories if you just tried a little. Just the right combination of love, angst, and fond memories come together for a great country album without any of the pop flavor that is so prevalent on country radio today.
