Cowboys of Faith Time Life Video Even though most rodeos start with a prayer, that's the last most people think of God throughout the ordeal. Mention rodeo to most people, and you conjure up thoughts of Copenhagen and Coors Light. While this is certainly a large part of the rodeo culture, this DVD endeavors to show a side of rodeo that many people don't see. Top performing cowboys and cowgirls share their personal testimonies of faith and salvation. Many of them came from that dirtier side of rodeo life, and then found an anchor in faith later in life. The shots of the rodeo events are good, but not awe inspiring. The music that overlays the videos is not that great. I doubt that this video will lure new fans to rodeo, or do too much to lure new converts to Christianity, but it is mildly entertaining, and should be interesting for rodeo fans that are also big Jesus fans.
