Smack this CD in away you go.  What immediately struck me was how relevant their sound is for what should be modern rock radio.  They are from Seattle, Washington, and you can hear the faint echoes of grunge, but with very distinct guitar-driven modern/punk rock leanings.  This album rocks!

Rob Leinbach uses his somewhat scratchy voice effectively creating a clean harmonic sound.  I even heard a guitar solo on the second pop punk track, “Barcelona”.  It is great to know that catchy hooks and solid musicianship are coming back as the order of the day.

Standout tracks are the pop/punk song “Entry”, the funny Internet-slam-on-porn song “Click”, the somber “My Alyosha”, and the passionate take on evangelical egoism, “Cannibal.” This album does not disappoint.  It is a solid listen and a slice of hope for rock and roll today.
