Fans of the prog-rock band Glass Hammer may recognize Flo’s name…she has been a featured vocalist on several stellar Glass Hammer projects.  Ms. Paris veers wildly away from the progressive rock of GH into the wonderful, comfortable-as-your-favorite-blue-jeans Americana-flavored acoustic pop of Coming Around.  And Paris’s emotive, sincere vocals provide a pleasant touch to the heartfelt slice of life and faith lyrics.  The production is top-notch, the songs feature nice acoustic and musical touches (note the tasty Hammond organ bedrock), and the lyrics speak of real life faith without veering into the cliché.
